Richardson Motorbodies is owned and operated by Glenn Richardson and his wife Claire.

Glenn has been working in the industry since 1991 when he started his coachbuilding apprenticeship.

He has worked under the guidance and tutorship of his step father as well as many other very skilled craft persons.

Glenn started out with sweeping the workshop floors after school, years later working up to taking over the family business; formally Nelson Motor bodies.

Glenn is a true perfectionist and enjoys the variation and challenges that each day brings him.

From new truck builds of large curtain sider trucks, to zinc electroplating, small parts for vintage cars, press brake work and vehicle solutions.
